Job summary

Slalom seeks an experienced Data Delivery Owner to lead the development and implementation of clients’ data products and data transformation initiatives. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, manage large programs, and drive data-driven decisions.

This role emphasizes hands-on delivery, agile leadership, stakeholder management, and leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes for clients, with a focus on partnering with executive sponsors and teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical project management and delivery leadership.
Experience with data products, analytics platforms, data warehousing, and data transformation initiatives.
Proficiency with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence.
Excellent communication and facilitation with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data products, data transformation programs, and data-focused workstreams.
Own scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing for profitable outcomes.
Bridge business strategy and technical implementation with data-informed decisions.
Drive account growth through strong delivery and client relationships.
Coach and enable high-performing Agile teams.
