• Maintaining communication with associates, leading daily team huddle and updating goals.
• Reviewing schedules with People Lead.
• Assigning associates to support coverage in all store areas.
• Ensuring safety and a clean environment, completing safety logs.
• Completing GTA/Workday tasks and supporting Management.
• Partnering with Coach to facilitate performance conversations and recruiting.
