Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Ability to train and develop associates

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product promotion and purchases
• Coordinate tasks and priorities with Fresh Coach and Store Management
• Assess and improve Fresh department presentation and merchandising displays
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity
• Review and adjust work schedules with People Lead
• Assign associates to coverage and availability tasks across the store
• Identify training opportunities during area tours and coach associates
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure fixtures are secure
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management
• Assist in performance management and recruitment efforts
