Job summary

CAE is seeking an Execution Solution Lead within its Defense & Security International Solutions team. You will shape winning execution strategies, lead master schedule activities, manage risk and opportunities, and ensure proposals meet customer needs and contractual terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of program management leadership experience in industry and/or military organizations.
• 5–10 years of experience developing or delivering training programs in a defense environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with capture management and proposal development for large programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; bilingual required.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain NATO SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support and apply the D&S Lead-to-Award business development process from pre-RFP to contract award, including capture and proposal phases.
• Mentor and onboard Execution Solution Leads across CAE's international regions.
• Develop best practices, tools, templates, and a knowledge base for the role.
• Grow a global Community of Practice focused on knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
• Define execution strategy, lead IMS development, and validate risk and opportunity registers.
• Interface with customers to present proposed solutions and negotiate scope and terms.
