Successful candidates must obtain security clearances and pass CGP/ITAR assessments. A degree in engineering and possible advanced degrees are preferred, with English proficiency paramount

Qualifications

• 15+ years in aerospace/defence with 5+ years in senior defence management or capture roles.
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Advanced degrees in engineering and/or business administration would be an asset.
• 5+ years experience with RCAF fighter training/operations preferred.
• Security clearance and CGP/ITAR awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project Capture Management for high-value opportunities ($100M+).
• Lead development and execution of capture plans with win themes and value propositions.
• Architect optimal deal structures and price-to-win models across contract types.
• Collaborate with BD, Engineering and Business leads to develop technically compliant, winning solutions.
• Lead reviews (Black Hat, Blue Team, Red Team) and support proposal costing/pricing.
• Identify and negotiate teaming agreements and ensure proper handoffs to program execution.
• Align industrial benefits with Defence Industrial Strategy priorities.
• Present briefs to Executive Leadership on pursuit status, risk and win probability.
• Provide RCAF operational expertise to Bid and Engineering teams.
