Job summary

Lindt Canada in Toronto is seeking a Deductions Specialist to coordinate and manage customer deductions, resolve issues within deadlines, and support cross-functional teams in finance and sales.

You will present weekly analysis of open deductions, ensure proper coding with SAP, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years deduction resolution experience in CPG and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years deduction resolution experience preferred in CPG.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Strong PC knowledge (Word and Outlook) and highly proficient in Excel.
• High degree of organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize items and track deductions end-to-end.
• Maintain relationships with customers to obtain information for processing deductions.
• Code deductions properly in collaboration with Sales Team and Sales Finance.
• Present weekly analyses of open deductions and outline action plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies for every transaction.
• Recommend improvements and participate in cross-functional projects.
