Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience including trade spend and rebate programs.
• University degree in accounting/finance required.
• Strong organization, time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient Excel skills and experience with journal entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Set up new rebate plans in the ERP system with Sales and Business Performance teams.
• Review amounts owing and prepare supporting documentation for payments/deductions.
• Contact customers to resolve improper deductions and recover over-deductions.
• Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts; ensure liabilities are correctly represented.
• Provide ad hoc internal reports to Finance and Sales on rebate activity.
