Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Canada is seeking a Deductions Specialist to coordinate and manage customer deductions while supporting key metrics. You will work with Finance and Sales teams, resolve issues within deadlines, and drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency. Hybrid workplace and premium chocolate at stake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years deduction resolution experience preferred in CPG.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Strong PC knowledge Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deductions end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with customers to obtain information for processing deductions.
• Ensure deductions are properly coded with Sales Finance team.
• Present weekly analyses of open deductions and action plans for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies for every transaction.
• Propose improvements to enhance performance with cross-functional teams.
• Support collections in applying customer payments to invoices.
