Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily bank deposits and reconciles cash GL accounts.
• Maintains and balances petty cash.
• Supports Deal Clerks with inventory and F&I reconciliations.
• Partners with AR/AP to ensure accurate postings.
• Assists with vehicle licensing administration.
• Reviews and codes vendor invoices for approval.
• Performs monthly inventory counts and journal entries.
• Opens, reviews and distributes mail.
• Serves as primary contact for external vendors.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
