Job summary

Performance Hyundai in St. Catharines is seeking a Service Concierge to join our team. You will be the friendly face assisting guests, capturing concerns, and coordinating pickup and drop-off of vehicles. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

The role requires a valid Ontario driver’s license, a high school diploma, and comfort with an iPad. Automotive experience is a plus. This is a part-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Automotive experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles in a safe manner, obeying all laws of the road.
• Inspect guest and courtesy vehicles for damage on pickup/return.
• Collect information and note guest concerns on pickup.
• Arrive on time for pickups and returns.
• Be comfortable using an iPad and taking photos.
• Call guests on arrival using a personal phone.
• Drive during busy hours on major highways.
• Return vehicles cleaner than when received.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Operate vehicles in a safe manner, obeying all laws of the road.
• Carefully inspect both guest and courtesy vehicles for any damage on pickup and return.
• Collect required information and make note of guest concerns on pick-up.
• Arrive on time for pick-ups and returns.
• Must be good with Ipad and taking photos.
• Use of a personal phone to call guests on arrival at home/office.
• Must be comfortable driving during busy hours on all major series highways.
• Inspect guest vehicles to make sure it's returned to them cleaner than before.
• Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Automotive experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Manual dexterity required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Job Type: Part-Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $18.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
