Performance Auto Group is seeking a Service Concierge for our St. Catharines location. The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Automotive experience is an asset.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Manual dexterity required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic laws.
• Inspect guest and courtesy vehicles for damage at pickup/return.
• Collect information and note guest concerns during pickup.
• Arrive on time for pickups and returns.
• Be proficient with an iPad and photo taking.
• Call guests on arrival using a personal phone.
• Drive during busy hours on major highways.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Operate vehicles in a safe manner, obeying all laws of the road.
• Carefully inspect both guest and courtesy vehicles for any damage on pickup and return.
• Collect required information and make note of guest concerns on pick-up.
• Arrive on time for pick-ups and returns.
• Must be good with Ipad and taking photos.
• Use of a personal phone to call guests on arrival at home/office.
• Must be comfortable driving during busy hours on all major series highways.
• Inspect guest vehicles to make sure it's returned to them cleaner than before.
• Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

Job Type: Part-Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $18.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
