Performance Hyundai in St. Catharines is seeking a team oriented automotive Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will identify, recommend and document service maintenance and repairs for customers, and receive them in a courteous manner while delivering personalized service that exemplifies our dealerships. Two to three years of service advisor experience is preferred; strong customer service, communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure are

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of service advisor experience preferred.
• Must have great customer service skills and an outgoing/positive attitude.
• May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong computer skills are required. Automotive knowledge is an asset.
• ADP dealer software and CDK experience is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Works with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
• Provides service recommendation to customers including estimating costs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards.
• Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards.
• Other service related duties as required.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual compensation): $50,000 - $70,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
