Canon Canada Inc. is seeking a Channel Marketing (Dealer) Associate Specialist to serve as the strategic bridge between internal product teams, sales, and independent dealer partners. This hybrid role drives tailored B2B marketing programs and maintains digital portal infrastructure to support dealer growth.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing and Account Executives, activate campaigns, manage data KPIs, and ensure brand consistency across communications and web content.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Marketing or Advertising.
• 1–3 years in marketing, ideally channel or B2B marketing.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage concurrent requests.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Activation: coordinate launches of Dealer Channel programs.
• Communications Calendar: develop and maintain a dealer communications calendar.
• Asset Creation: design standardization tools and communications for brand consistency.
• Product Marketing Support: assist with product tools, events, and dealer training.
• Account Executive Partnerships: work with Account Executives to understand dealer needs.
• Data-Driven Growth: monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Inbound Support: manage Dealer Channel Marketing mailbox and cross-team responses.
• Web Content Management: maintain non-product B2B pages on Canon.ca.
• Dealer Web Support: keep dealer websites updated with product content.
• Portal Administration: oversee Canon B2B Portal changes for Canada dealers.
