• Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and coaching.

• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate priorities, performance updates, safety information, and business requirements.

Position Overview

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including:
• Productivity
• Quality
• Inventory accuracy
• Safety
• Labour utilization and costs
• Work with management to establish daily goals and ensure the team remains aligned with operational targets.
• Investigate performance gaps and implement corrective actions where required.
• Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding established KPIs.

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong safety-first culture within the warehouse.
• Ensure employees follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Identify and address safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with documenting and investigating workplace incidents and accidents.
• Ensure team compliance with departmental and company policies.
• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and performance results to the Team Manager.
• Escalate critical operational issues or potential service concerns when required.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and business partners.
• Participate in regular operational meetings and provide updates on team performance.
• Ensure employees are informed about changes, upcoming activities, and operational priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or supply chain operations.
