Job summary

Mars Canada is seeking a Distribution Centers Operations Coordinator to oversee governance, reporting, and KPI tracking across our 3PL network. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure DQM compliance, and participate in audits and contingency planning to maintain safe and efficient DC operations.

You will partner with Inventory and Finance teams to monitor stock, cycle counts, and reconciliation between WMS and Navision ERP systems. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse or 3PL operations.
• Proven track record tracking KPIs like on-time shipping, load quality, and carrier performance.
• Experience with Inventory Governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor operational metrics and reporting schedules.
• Manage 3PL adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives for DC operations.
• Ensure DQM compliance and conduct on-site audits (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Coordinate internal and external SC audits and risk assessments.
• Audit invoices against contract rate cards and budgets.
• Support contingency planning for DC operations during disruptions.
• Analyze inbound/outbound shipments and stock flow statistics.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Audit 3PL cycle counts and reconcile WMS with ERP inventories.
• Monitor inventory health and stock quality, including SLOB and aging stock.
