Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Distribution Center supervisor to oversee daily DC operations in Cornwall, Ontario, including scheduling, hiring and training of DC Associates. You will coordinate receiving, order filling and shipping to stores, ensuring timely and accurate work and strong customer service.

The role requires organizing daily start-up meetings, assigning workload, supervising SOP adherence, and maintaining productivity and KPI records.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules DC personnel to ensure proper staffing for receiving, order fill or ship.
• Organizes daily assignments/workload and adjusts duties to meet production schedules.
• Trains associates in SOPs and ensures documentation is complete.
• Ensures orders are filled and shipped to stores timely to maximize service.
• Maintains time, attendance, productivity, quality records and daily KPI reporting.
• Participates in hiring, training, performance management and development.
• Promotes a positive work environment and communicates company policies.
