Job summary

Dollarama Inc. seeks a Distribution Manager to oversee operations of the Distribution Department across two shifts at the Calgary Logistics Centre.

You will supervise approximately 150 employees, direct day-to-day distribution to pallet assembly lines, and report to the Senior Distribution Centre Manager. You will drive productivity, ensure quality, health and safety standards, manage budgets and KPI-driven performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-volume

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years of management experience in supply chain.
• Experience with WMS, RF equipment, and SAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data insight.
• Strong budget and productivity management experience.
• Proven track record leading large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution Department operations across two shifts.
• Manage budget and labor hours to meet productivity targets.
• Direct daily distribution, repackaging, and FIFO inventory.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safe operations.
• Collaborate with business units to improve processes.
• Develop workforce plans and coach employees.
