Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Dayforce WFM System Consultant based in Canada. You will lead end-to-end implementations, aligning client requirements with Dayforce capabilities and ensuring smooth go-lives.

You will configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, accruals, and pay policies, manage data mappings and integrations, and guide clients through testing and post-go-live support. This remote role offers diverse projects and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on Dayforce implementation experience.
• Experience delivering complete Dayforce implementations from discovery to post-go-live.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor practices.
• Ability to map requirements to Dayforce capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with testing, issue investigation, and defect resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/IS/CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementations across the lifecycle.
• Analyze client requirements and map to Dayforce capabilities.
• Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, accruals, and pay policies.
• Manage data mapping, integrations, and payroll data flows.
• Plan and execute testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Facilitate client workshops and produce design documents.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee multiple engagements, monitor risks, and report to practice leads.
