The role involves working remotely to assist with module setups, client training, and documentation. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Dayforce.
• Must be eligible to receive an Enhanced Reliability Federal Security Clearance.
• Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and deployment of modules during client implementations.
• Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business processes.
• Document client requirements and help translate them into system configurations.
• Support HR and WFM data imports and validate imported data.
