Robertson & Company Ltd. is seeking a BA II (Data Services Analyst) to support data capture, codification of legal terms, and regulatory data management for a major North American financial institution.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technology partners, timely data handling, and strong stakeholder engagement across regions. The position is hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, with an 18-month term and a starting base salary of CAD 36 per hour.

Qualifications

• University or college degree required.
• 3+ years relevant work experience in Data Management.
• Knowledge of trading businesses and the transaction lifecycle for Client Data Services.
• Experience with ISDA, CSA, MFSTA, GMRA would be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely data capture for legal terms and documentation between the Bank and counterparties.
• Review legal agreements and codify terms in the appropriate system.
• Handle data workflow, analysis, and exception management for QFC Recordkeeping regulatory data and trade queries.
• Maintain and update Scream tables recording netting status and product coverage.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions and support deal flow under tight deadlines.
