You will bridge the gap between compliance requirements and operational execution by analyzing data, documenting requirements, and manually executing data disposition and evidencing processes. In this role, you will be expected to balance independent technical and analytical deliverables with active stakeholder management across the organization.
Our team is currently recruiting a Business Analyst II for a 12-month contract on behalf of our client, a premier organization located in Downtown Toronto. Working in a hybrid model (4 days onsite), you will join a collaborative project team focused on strengthening data management initiatives across Enterprise Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong governance and data analytics experience to partner with key stakeholders, address data retention and disposition gaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
