Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Management professional to oversee data capture for legal terms and benchmark trade data accuracy. The role involves updating netting tables, coordinating with technology, and supporting multiple TD desks globally.

The candidate will work with TD Securities’ Client Data Services team, ensuring timely, compliant data handling and strong cross‑functional communication to sustain trading operations.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of data management experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high volumes of work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely data capture for legal terms and documentation.
• Maintain and update data tables recording netting status and product coverage.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and service deal flow with tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Data Change Delivery and other partners on data governance improvements.
• Coordinate with technology teams to ensure efficient data capture and netting processes.
• Provide prompt responses to inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Ensure data input minimizes risk (reputational, financial, regulatory, operational).
• Uphold service levels and maintain partner relationships across regions.
