Job summary

AGF Management Limited in Toronto seeks an Intermediate Data Support Analyst to back Investment Operations systems and data integrity. You will work with the Manager, Investment Operations, Data Support to support data usage, quality, and system enhancements.

This role emphasizes Eagle PACE, Portfolio Maintenance, Fund Performance, and Reporting, requiring Excel proficiency, SQL, and experience with data feeds and vendor coordination. Hybrid work supported.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of operations/production support experience.
Knowledge of Fund and Security Master data management.
Advanced Excel skills; macros and VBA are a plus.
Experience with Eagle Investment Systems and Bloomberg AIM preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for Investment Operations systems, Eagle Pace focus.
Support Portfolio Maintenance, Fund Performance and Reporting in Eagle.
Ensure Data Quality across Investment Operations data and feeds.
Monitor feeds and SLAs with internal clients; troubleshoot data issues.
Run ad hoc SQL queries to diagnose data problems.
Liaise between internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Track vendor issues from discovery to resolution.
Contribute to data enhancements by understanding data models and requirements.
Apply analytical skills to solve problems and deliver viable solutions.
Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
