Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

• Pursuing or planning to pursue a CPA designation.
• Prior experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or investment fund administration.
• Knowledge of accounting standards applicable to investment funds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete annual and interim financial statements, including notes and schedules for assigned funds.
• Assist with regulatory filings and reports (MRFPs, FIHI, etc.).
• Maintain accurate fund-specific financial reporting information.
• Process internal review comments and revisions to drafts.
• Incorporate client and auditor comments into final statements.
• Rollover financial statement templates and docs for upcoming periods.
• Execute financial reporting controls and document progress.
• Support new accounting standards implementation.
• Assist with new fund setups and data maintenance in Diamond.
• Maintain documentation related to reporting deliverables.
