Your Opportunity

Take the first step towards designing your career with Stantec. We have an exciting role and challenging opportunity for a Data Management Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Supervisor Data Management, the primary role is to enter and maintain accurate employee records within our HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. The successful candidate will manage their workload proactively and be competent in updating and analyzing HR records across various HR and Financial systems, supporting data quality. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual passionate about HR systems and workflows.

This role will support the maintenance of employee data across North America and collaborate closely with HR partners across various locations and countries. Join our team and play an important role in ensuring the integrity of our HR data.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input routine and assigned data into the HR Management system (Oracle).
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency using quality control methods following HR data entry procedures.
  • Confirm paperwork is complete with approvals before data entry.
  • Maintain appropriate turnaround time on data entry tasks.
  • File documents in online employee files where applicable.
  • Use HR Service Center technology effectively to review and document work assignments.
  • Troubleshoot and identify gaps in data entry processes and system issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in data entry and cleanup projects as assigned.
  • Perform other similar duties as needed.
Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English required.

Education and Experience
  • 1-3 years of data entry experience.
  • MS Excel skills beneficial.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (preferably Oracle) and ServiceNow.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet objectives.

Work environment involves computer use and sedentary activity for extended periods.
