Job summary

Affinity Credit Union in Saskatoon is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. You will work collaboratively using a data‑driven mindset to support HR programs through research, analysis, and reporting.

You will develop and maintain total rewards programs, monitor incentive compensation, conduct market benchmarking, and contribute to workforce planning analytics to help drive informed decision‑making and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field is required.
At least 3 years of related experience.
In-depth knowledge of HR analysis, compensation, and total rewards systems.
Strong data and technology skills to apply leading practices.

Responsibilities

Participate in development and maintenance of total rewards and workforce programs, systems, and tools.
Monitor, track, and perform analysis of incentive compensation results and payments to ensure program alignment and accuracy in reporting.
Perform compensation research and analysis, including market benchmarking, salary survey participation, and costing related to salary structures, base salary, incentive compensation programs, job design, and job evaluation.
Maintain various HR programs, including the job evaluation program and workforce planning analytics.
