This role involves working with a dynamic team to analyze Health Benefits medical transportation data, create reports, and collaborate with FNHA communities and partners to understand program utilization.

Title : Data Analyst, Medical Transport

Salary : $66,597 - $91,571 per year

Contract : Term Contract until March 31, 2026 (with possible extension)

Hours : 8 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm Mon to Fri (core hours 9 am-3 pm)

Location : Alberni Office- Metro Vancouver (Hybrid work option after probation)

Responsibilities :

• Support data entry, analysis, and reconciliation of community-based medical transportation reporting.
• Create reports to engage community partners and review policy compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to identify patterns of access and provide insights into provincial travel.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong data analysis skills, including trend identification.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Collaborative approach to data accuracy.
• 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience working with First Nations communities.
