DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to lead the DashPass Canada business end-to-end, building a world-class membership for engaged users. You will own strategic direction, run retention experiments, and translate insights into actionable plans to hit business OKRs.

The role requires strong product vision, analytical and creative thinking, and proven cross-functional leadership to influence teams across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, growth operations or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Strategize - Innovate and work on product strategy within the DashPass business.
• Experiment - Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to run tests on features, lifecycle programs and pricing.
• Analyze - Build models to evaluate the costs and benefits of various programs and experiments.
• Influence - Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, etc. to implement ideas.
• Build - Implement ideas into scalable products and provide a world-class operation.
