Job summary

DoorDash Canada is seeking a Senior Industry Manager to lead a team across Canada's CPG, New Verticals, and Restaurant advertisers. You will manage the ads strategy, drive adoption of promotions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap.

This role reports to the VP, Ads Sales, and sits within the Sales & Business Development organization. You will build senior relationships, develop sales plans, and drive revenue growth in the Canadian market while leveraging AI tools to

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years managing a sales team and 15+ years in the industry
• Consultative seller with digital media experience
• Built scaled Enterprise Ads across CPG, New Verticals, and Restaurants
• Data-informed recommendations aligned to advertiser objectives
• Knowledge of digital technologies and advertising measurement
• Strong communication and presentation skills across org levels
• Experience hiring and recruiting top diverse talent
• Experience working with Canadian advertisers in CPG, New Verticals, or Restaurants

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Industry Managers and sellers to exceed growth goals
• Establish senior-level relationships with advertisers in Canada
• Influence Ads & Promos product roadmap and GTM strategy for Canada
• Develop sales materials and processes to enable future scale
• Create annual and quarterly sales plans and analyses
• Partner with US/global leadership to apply best practices
• Lead business planning and sales forecasting for investments
• Drive adoption of AI tools to boost productivity
• Lead trainings and strategy sessions to keep the team aligned
