DoorDash Canada is seeking a Senior Associate to join the New Verticals Drive Strategy & Operations team focused on Dasher Shop & Deliver. You will help launch new products and services to expand the total addressable market for DoorDash and its merchants, with a strong emphasis on growth, profitability and merchant strategy initiatives.

You will partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve product quality and operational excellence, supported by data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, tech, consulting, startups, AI or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy to best serve customers and think long term (3+ years).
• Operate with internal/external partners to execute short- and long-term plans and scale solutions.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, build business cases, and propose net-new initiatives.
• Build 0 to 1 opportunities, create roadmaps for future growth, and invest resources accordingly.
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Product, Sales, Engineering and more to bring new products to merchants.
