Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience
• Experience leading projects and succeeding in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for complex spreadsheets and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine strategic approach to payments, credit and refund risks across operations, engineering, and analytics
• Analyze user behavior end-to-end to identify bad actors and improve good-user experience
• Collaborate with product, engineering and analytics to set goals and build programs
• Drive data-informed experimentation to reduce risk while supporting growth
