Job summary

Air Tindi Ltd. in Yellowknife, NT is seeking a Dash 7 Captain to operate aircraft outside the base with travel to/from the airplane.

Ideal candidates have 4,000 hours total time, 2,500 hours PIC, knowledge of CARs, and Northern/Arctic experience; RAIC eligibility, Canadian passport and right to work in Canada are required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4000 hours total time required.
• 2500 hours PIC required.
• Knowledge of CARs (Canadian Aviation Regulations).
• Current or previous Dash 7 type experience preferred.
• Northern/Arctic experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a RAIC.
• Must hold a valid Canadian passport.
• Legally able to live and work in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the aircraft in accordance with the AFM, SOPs and COM through all preflight, inflight and post-flight duties.
• Ensure all crew members follow company policy and government regulations.
• Captain is responsible for safety of all crew, passengers and cargo on board the aircraft.

We have an immediate opening for a Dash 7 Captain. This role entails work outside of the Yellowknife base and
travel to/from the airplane will berequired. If you’re a safety orientedteam player who’s motivated,hardworking and can provide greatcustomer service we’d like to hear fromyou! The following are our minimumexperience requirements:

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the aircraft in accordance with the AFM, company SOP's and COM through all preflight, inflight and post flight duties
• Ensure all crew members exercise their duties in accordance with company operational policy, procedures and Government regulations
• Responsible for the safety of all crew members, passengers and/or cargo on board the aircraft. This begins with the crew check at the start of duty and acceptance of the aircraft and remains the captain until all crew members are reassigned or released from duty.
