As a key member of the Flight Operations team, the Direct Entry Captain (Dash 8-300) Aerial Firefighting will report directly to the Director of Flight Operations and will play an essential role in the safe and efficient operation of our Dash 8-300 fleet. Our missions support aerial firefighting operations at international bases, working to protect communities from wildfires by providing reliable and responsive aviation support. This is a rotational position consisting of 8 weeks in the field and 8 weeks off.
Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft during wildfire suppression missions and maintaining the highest standards of safety for crew, mission personnel, and equipment.
