Job summary

Fortinet is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join its sales organization. You will collaborate with Field & Inside Sales Account Managers to drive revenue in an assigned territory, and work closely with Fortinet’s reseller partners, marketing and channel teams to grow new and existing customer relationships.

The role includes onboarding and ongoing training, a team-driven environment, and career path opportunities across Fortinet’s sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Coachable and flexible.
• Self-driven with ability to manage a diverse, high-volume workload.
• Computer savvy and proficient.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand sales cycles and business processes.
• Create and track sales opportunities (leads, renewals, deal registrations and quotes in Salesforce.com).
• Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed sales activity metrics.
• Assist with customer presentations and demos via Teams/Zoom.
• Collaborate with sales, channel and partner teams to drive revenue.
