Job summary

Fortinet is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales organization in Ottawa. You will collaborate with Field & Inside Sales teams to drive revenue in an assigned territory and help grow new and existing customer relationships.

The role includes onboarding, ongoing training, and career path opportunities across Fortinet’s sales organization. You will work with reseller partners and marketing teams to accelerate deals and revenue while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Coachable and flexible attitude.
• Self-driven with ability to manage a diverse, high-volume workload.
• Computer savviness and strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Well organized with effective time management.
• Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand sales cycles and business processes.
• Create and track sales opportunities (leads, renewals, deal registrations and quotes in Salesforce.com).
• Address customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner.
• Meet and exceed sales activity metrics.
• Assist with customer presentations and demos via Teams/Zoom.
• Align with sales, channel and partner teams to support revenue targets.
• Perform other duties to support business growth.
• Execute role with professionalism and Fortinet values.
