Job description

Title: Transport and Customs Coordinator

Industry: Trucking Transportation

Location: Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka (10 minutes from Valleyfield)

We are seeking a talented individual to join a family-run transport company with over 25 years of experience, specializing in North American transport services.

Responsibilities

1. Manage shipment requests and provide excellent customer service
2. Prepare shipment documents (manifests, PAPs, PARs, Cross-border)
3. Track shipments and communicate ETAs to clients
4. Perform data entry, email correspondence, and phone duties
5. Collaborate with the Dispatch team

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the transport sector, with knowledge of cross-border documents
2. Strong computer skills (Excel, Unicorn)
3. Fluent bilingualism in French and English is required
4. Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
