Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage resource planning and staff capacity across customer-facing activities
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, and Field Service
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and logistical challenges
• Lead post-event activities including customer sign-off, training certificates, surveys, and trip report administration
• Partner with Finance to support accurate event tracking and revenue recognition
• Track operational metrics and develop dashboards that provide visibility into demand, utilisation, and scheduling efficiency
• Lead site Health & Safety programmes, compliance activities, and related training initiatives
• Support ethics and governance activities, compliance communications, and record management
• Oversee office operations, visitor management, and employee engagement events

Customer Training & Program Coordinator - Mission Support Operations

We're looking for a highly organised coordinator who thrives on bringing people, resources, and logistics together to create exceptional customer experiences. In this visible, fast-paced role, you'll serve as the central hub for customer training, product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer visits. Salary Range: $56,200.00-$74,900.000
