In this role, you will be a key driver of quality excellence, leading cross-functional initiatives that improve products, strengthen processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with production, engineering, R&D, suppliers, and customer service teams to resolve complex quality challenges, analyse performance data, and implement meaningful improvements. If you enjoy turning data into action, driving root-cause investigations, and building robust quality systems, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact across the entire product lifecycle.
Required: Strong expertise in root-cause analysis, CAPA, 8D methodology, and continuous improvement practices.
Required: Experience using Power BI or similar analytics and reporting tools.
Required: 8+ years of quality systems experience in high-tech, aerospace, medical device, electronics, or similar manufacturing environments.
Required: Experience supporting regulatory compliance programs and product certification activities.
Required: Knowledge of quality management systems and KPI-driven performance management.
Advantage: Lean Six Sigma experience or certification.
Advantage: ASQ quality certification.
Required: Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
Eligible to be certified to examine, possess, and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorized to work in Canada.
Salary Range: $83,600.00-$111,500.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
