As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging is recruiting for a Facilities Operations Specialist in Waterloo! The Facilities Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, contractor coordination, and compliance activities for Teledyne DALSA's Waterloo site. The role owns building access administration, vendor and contractor management, site compliance (CG, WSIB, contractor insurance, safety), and hands‑on response for minor repairs and tenant requests. The Facilities Operations Specialist partners with the Facilities Project Manager to deliver capital projects and keep the site safe, compliant, and available to Engineering and Manufacturing.
On‑site role at the Waterloo facility, five days per week, plus on‑call. Work environment includes office, plant floor, mechanical rooms, outdoors, and rooftop areas. Occasional lifting up to 25 kg; ladder and lift work as required. On‑call rotation for building emergencies outside business hours.
Salary Range: $68,600.00-$91,400.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
