Deluxe is hiring for a primary customer contact role during the Customer Ordering and Service experience in Ontario. You will communicate expectations to customers and ensure smooth process flow, balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability.

You will respond professionally to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and resolve product or service concerns to deliver exceptional customer experiences with every interaction.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: HS/GED and 1-2 years in sales, retail, customer service

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound customer service calls, inquiries and complaints while consistently ensuring delivery of a positive experience during every customer interaction.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
• Researches and resolves product or service concerns by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering an optimal customer experience.
• Track issues and communications with customers
• Understand and elevate any issues that arise during the order process
