Job summary

TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods seeks an Operations Support Manager-Customer Support Representative to enhance mobile and online customer experiences. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure timely, knowledgeable support and foster strong relationships across our customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years account management experience in agriculture or related field.
• Familiarity with web-based or mobile platforms for customer success.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage and grow customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with account teams and internal groups to implement customer-driven improvements.
• Track communications and maintain CRM records.
• Deliver webinars and trainings on new features.
• Assist with data migration from third parties as needed.
