Final POS Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Associate to ensure Newfoundland and Labrador merchants realize value after the sale. You'll report to the Head of Sales and guide onboarding, configuration, and initial live use.

You will maintain relationships as the primary post-sale contact, work with Product and Support to resolve issues, track health in the CRM, and gather feedback to influence the roadmap. This in-person role is based in St. John's with travel across the province as needed.

Qualifications

• Some experience in customer success, account management, or support in SaaS/tech/POS.
• Desire to help people with patience, empathy, and clear explanations.
• Comfort with CRM tools and basic account-health reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and guide merchants through setup and live go-live.
• Build lasting relationships as the main post-sale contact.
• Troubleshoot and support by coordinating with Product and Support.
• Drive retention and growth by identifying value opportunities.
• Gather feedback for Product, Marketing, Sales to shape roadmaps.
• Keep CRM records accurate with current health data.
