Sales Associate
Location: St. John's, NL (in person) · Some travel across Newfoundland and Labrador
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Final is the world's first AI commerce building platform. We let anyone build the exact point-of-sale and checkout experience their business needs. How easy is it? Just describe it, or even drop in a screenshot, and Final builds it. No dev team, no code, no compromise. Counter, handheld, kiosk, self-checkout, drive-thru: every pixel, every permission, every interaction, theirs.
Under the hood it's a full commerce suite: integrated payments in 24+ countries, inventory and reporting, a device-agnostic POS that runs anywhere, an extension marketplace, and white-label tools that let resellers launch their own branded POS. Merchants stop bending their workflow to fit rigid software and start building software around how they actually work. We're based in St. John's, backed by top-tier VCs, and growing fast. We're out to build the next billion-dollar exit to come out of Newfoundland, and we're doing it from here, on purpose. This is a rare chance to get in early on a category-defining company before the rest of the world catches on.

Some sales experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, payments, or POS, though strong transferable experience will also be considered.
A consultative approach: you ask good questions, listen closely, and recommend what's genuinely best for the merchant.
Comfort with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.

Genuine enthusiasm for Newfoundland and Labrador's business community and a desire to help local merchants succeed.
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the province as needed.
