Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Lloydminster, AB is hiring immediately for a customer service supervisor, an operations team lead who will guide and coach a team of specialists to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will motivate and develop your team, oversee store KPIs such as revenue, merchandising standards and inventory health, manage expenses, and foster an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment with flexible schedules and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a retail team of at least 15 associates.
• 2+ years managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment.
