Best Buy Lloydminster is seeking an Operations Team Lead to supervise a team of specialists and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic tech store. You will motivate a 15+ strong team, coach performance, and work to achieve strong store KPIs while maintaining a healthy profit and loss.
