Best Buy Canada is hiring immediately for a retail sales supervisor, a role we call a sales team lead. As a retail sales supervisor, you will lead and coach a team of sales advisors to create an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years old depending on your province) to be able to process mobile activations
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $22.26 - $25.57

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
