Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Halifax is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales advisors and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach a 15+ member team, manage store KPIs, and ensure a fun, inclusive, and safe work environment while achieving sales goals and driving profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a retail team of 15+ associates.
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
