1. At least 2 years of experience leading a retail team of 15 or more associates.
2. At least 2 years of experience managing operational expenses and revenue.
3. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
4. Ability to foster an inclusive, safe, and enjoyable work environment.
