BearCom is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Calgary to provide quality, efficient service for external and internal customers. You will act as the central touchpoint to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities include handling calls and inquiries, verifying packing slips, quality checking orders, and assisting customers with issues related to products, services, or orders. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments and carriers.

Qualifications

• Must be PC literate and familiar with the Internet.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Good aptitude in solving customer service issues.
• Exercises professional telephone procedures and e-mail correspondence skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Verify accuracy of packing slips for orders being processed.
• Quality control for accuracy of products pulled for orders.
• Assist customers with questions, issues, complaints, or order status; coordinate with departments to resolve problems.
• Handle shipping and track customer shipments; liaise with carriers.
