Job summary

ATS Traffic Ltd. in Mississauga is seeking a temporary Customer Service Professional to join our Sales team.

This full-time position handles quotes, invoices, and sales orders, serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins. The ideal candidate has about 2 years of customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales is required.
• Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Previous experience working in the traffic control/construction industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: accurately processing quotes, sales orders
• Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers
• Handle inquiries for quotes, orders as well as customer concerns
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Take payment on cash sales
